Before real estate, Roy built a career as a management and public sector consultant in Washington, D.C., advising senior government executives on complex, high-stakes decisions. That experience, combined with a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and dual master's degrees from Indiana University, shaped his analytical, data-driven approach and his ability to represent his clients with professionalism, confidence, and care.

Originally from a small town in Texas, Roy's lived and worked across the U.S. But he ultimately found his forever home in St. Pete, where the sunshine, water, and community all align with how he likes to live life.
